The 2026 Yard Sale on Saturday, May 9. We are excited about process changes we have made this year to make it easier for vendors to participate. Please read the following guidelines. You can also email us at yardsale@rbschool.org with any questions.

• • There is no pre-registration this year, simply show up between 6:00am – 7:30am on May 9^th and pay $30 per space at check in. We will accept cash or charge at check in. There will be 130 available spaces on a first come, first served basis. 
• • Cancellation of the yard sale for inclement weather would be communicated by 6pm on the Friday before the yard sale on our church voicemail recording 301-249-7001 and on our website.
• • Should the yard sale not be cancelled, and the forecast changes bringing rain after vendors check in, there will not be refunds given for the space fee.
• • General traffic begins at 8:00am, so all vendors must be checked in by 7:30.
• • Vendors may unload your vehicles at your space, then must move your vehicle to assigned vendor parking by 8:00am.
• • We do not save vendor spaces. If you want spaces next to one another you should arrive together and check in consecutively. 
• • You will need to bring your own tables and chairs.
• • You may bring an umbrella or tent to provide shade, but you must set it up within the confines of your space and it must be anchored down with weights to avoid unsafe conditions in the wind. 
• • The ministry will be selling concessions or working with Food Truck Vendors, so we ask that no food items or drinks be sold at individual vendor tables. You may bring drinks and food for yourself to consume. 
• • We are a church ministry, so we ask that no inappropriate or offensive items be displayed or offered for sale at vendor tables. Please no political campaigns or handouts. 
• • Vendors must take all unsold items and trash with them when they leave.
