What does it mean to be a disciple? Discipleship…the process of becoming like Christ, is what God intends for every Christian. Yet becoming a disciple is not automatic. He calls us…“Come, be my disciple.” We must respond, so it begins with a decision on our part. We must each take responsibility for our own spiritual growth.
Sunday Morning Bible Study is where we pursue the journey of “becoming like Christ.” We gather together in groups of people just like us to be inspired, instructed and transformed through the study of God’s Word.
But Bible Study is much more than that. It is in the small group environment that we build relationships and live out life’s struggles together.
Below, you will find a list of classes for all ages. Everyone benefits from what the Sunday Morning Bible Study class has to offer. So, come and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, and let’s study together. Feel free to participate, or just sit and listen. Becoming a disciple is not easy, but it can be fun and exciting. So try a class…or two, and find one you like. You’ll be glad you did!

Pastor Brian Mentzer conducts this one-time session introducing the doctrines, staff, mission and goals of the church. If you have indicated you wish to join Riverdale Baptist Church, you are required to attend this class.
