Childrens
Ministries
of Riverdale Baptist Church
Statistics
show that 80% of Christians trusted Christ as their Savior before the
age of 14. Every day our children are surrounded by worldly influences
that are often in conflict with God’s Word. Through the many exciting
programs going on at Riverdale Baptist Church, our children are exposed to the power of the Bible that challenges
them and changes their lives!
Jesus
places the highest value on the life of a child; they are so precious
to Him! We are committed to reaching the next generation for Christ and
teaching them to serve Him.

Sunday
Mornings: 3 years to K-5
Kidz
Korner is the place for your pre-schooler. Meeting at 9:45 am in grade-appropriate classrooms,
these 3-, 4-, and 5-year olds will be greeted by teachers who are
enthusiastic and trained to teach your child about Jesus. During
both Sunday school (9:45 am) and worship hour (10:45 am), your child will learn basic truths about God's love, caring
for others and being thankful. All of these truths are Bible-based
and illustrated through various stories. Just call Cathy Bicevskis at 301-249-7001 ext. 152 or email her at cbicevskis@riverdalebaptist.org

KidzPlace
meets at 9:45 am in grade-appropriate classrooms during the Bible Study Hour.
This ministry is the foundation of our teaching and discipleship
ministry. Your child will build relationships and friendships that
will last for eternity. Although we use a traditional curriculum,
our textbook is the Bible. |

Kidz
Konnection meets in the school gym during Sunday morning worship
time. It is kind of like going to summer camp. Kidz
have their own counselor and meet in a tent for a fun activity and
story. There is a Camp Fire time when Mr. Mark teaches from
the Bible and tells about his adventures. Mr. Mark uses all
kinds of cool things to teach kidz about God. He has brought
in a bear, a reindeer and even a buffalo!! At the end we all
come together and do crafts and play cool games.

Children
will be transported back 2000 years into Bible lands and times when Jesus
walked on this earth. For five evenings, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m., the church
